Importance of Breakfast to Start The Day

Breakfast is one of the most important meal that should be taken to start the day. Why is it important? Because, having breakfast gives many advantages and benefit for the body. First, it is an energy sources for the body, because the food works as a fuel to make the body works. Second, people will have better concentration while they are studying if they have breakfast in the morning. According to the research that conducted by The School Breakfast Program (SBP), students who have breakfast in the morning, tend to be more active in class and could increase their math and reading score, because of greater memory. Another benefit of having breakfast is also to give the people ability to have a better weight management. For example, a person who had breakfast usually eat the right portion during lunch and do not eat too much. This shows a stable digestion process that the body have because of the breakfast that they consumed before. After looking at all the benefits that could be gained, it can be concluded that having breakfast is very important to start our day to do the daily activities with full energy and full concentration to achieve a great results.
